Very comfortable, clean rooms. Everything is there in the rooms that you could need, and if not reception is very helpful. Close to CBD. The bowls club across the road has exceptional food. Will definitely stay here every time we are up that way.
I stayed here long term for work and highly recommend this place. It was spotless, quiet, very homey, convenient and the owners were exceptional with personalised service. I have travelled many places both with my family and as a business/corporate traveler and this place is the cleanest I have ever stayed. We had to book last minute for a family crisis and our hosts were more than accommodating. All family needs were anticipated from plunger coffee for the weary travelers, awesome hot shower and heated towel rail. Absolutely spotless without overpowering "cleaning product" smell. The beds were extremely comfortable and extra blankets and pillows were thoughtfully stored in dust bags so even they were perfectly clean. As we arrived literally with the clothes on our backs we were pleasantly surprised with toiletries quality too. I have fussy hair and the shampoo was fantastic (I will be begging for a spare bottle next time we visit) Congratulations Sandstock, what a great team.
Stayed at this motor inn after a breakdown just outside of Armidale, the staff were very friendly and made sure we were comfortable for the night until we could see the mechanic. defiantly made us feel welcome and we enjoyed our stay. thank you very much to all the staff 🙂
Very nice place. I have recently stayed at this motel in the accessible room. Very good room with easy access all round. Lots of room to move including a good bathroom. Would definitely recommend this motel for people with a disability.
We appreciated the accommodation for three adults and the location, close to shops and the Bowling Club for a lovely meal, was excellent. Second time visitors and would have no hesitation in staying here again.

Breakfast was good. Variety was excellent. It was brought to the room at the time requested. The motor inn was central to everything that we required. The hosts were very pleasant and accommodating.
Very close to facilities (Coles, service station, pubs, club) everything you need within walking distance. The rooms were very clean and the service was very friendly.
Rooms were quiet, warm and priced very reasonable. I would definitely stay here again.
